Donovan Kimmel: I currently work with ex Police Chief Jim Bobowski. He is definitely still the character you may remember him as. If anyone has any pics of him, stories to share, or messages to relate to him, I would be happy to pass them on to him. He loves talking about his police days and still loves Hammond.
