You can take all of the bad stuff you’re eating — the chemicals, the toxins, the added sugars and just eat less of them for weight loss. This is not true if you want long term success and improved vitality and healthy as an outcome. If you learn better information for eating right, you can avoid counting calories and feel satisfied while losing weight. Your body is a complex biological system, and counting calories alone is not a long term solution. Calories-in, calories-out fails to address how certain foods regulate the hormones responsible for fat storage and fat release, how foods affect appetite, doesn’t address addiction, doesn’t fix your sluggish metabolism, and it doesnt address the nutrients of the foods you choose.
