Dont Get Overstuffed: Yes it is that time of year where we all want to stuff ourselves like there is no tomorrow during this Season of Giving Thanks. How ever there is a little trick you can use to prevent yourself from having to unbutton those pants after dinner. Try drinking a 8-12oz glass of water prior to clearing off that plate before going for seconds, which we all love to do. Drinking a glass of water a few min before you eat gives your body the sensation of being fuller so you dont end up over stuffing yourself, while actually limiting the amount of calories you take in.
