Dont Give Death Penalties For rapist ..If you do soo Who Would Run Our Country? Our Industry? Our Bollywood?.. -_- Rapist are Like 50% of among Males and i m pretty sure if u start giving death penalties for rapes .. in 1 year India will No More be Over Populated and would be freed from Population Problem ... This Guy Who raped a Girl In His Taxi Was Already put to jail for a previous rape case,But was left because of no clue.. He is a serial Rapist .. IDK how many serial rapist are even there in India.... If This Guy was put to death on his first Act, he could nt have Destroyed the life of another Woman .. It is a shame on our Government Which never did anything for woman or for black money from soo many days :/ all they care about is raam mandir -_- and making Bhagwat gita our national Book.. :/ i mean what are we gona do with mandirs and book if our woman,sisters,Gf are nt even safe here??
