Dont Watch this #video: #Scooter collisions in #Taiwan. No. Really. Dont. In 1998, Taiwan had the highest incidence of #traffic deaths on the planet. Solution? Make scooter riders wear helmets. Any helmet will do. Take one year of grace period to actually enforce the law so that riders could get used to the idea. You can see how thats worked out. Yes, there are few collisions. But thats probably because many of these expert riders have a) graduated to cars b) stopped riding.
