Dont agree with this argument. Employees dont have to work on holidays if they dont want. They can quit. And then be out of job and open up a job for someone else who needs one. Businesses are businesses. If you have a business that needs to be open seven days a week, holidays included, then you need staff that are available. I owned Lyles at Dixon Lake for 27 years. Our staff were always available. Fairly simple to work a shorter schedule on holidays so everyone has time with family. A weak argument in my not so humble opinion.
