Dont allow stress to consume you as you fight to get to your breakthrough. Call your positive friends and and family and ask for reinforcement (prayer, walking, yoga/stretching, go see a funny movie by yourself) This is what I consider flipping the stress script...REPEAT THIS AFFIRMATION 3 TIMES A DAY 3 to 5 mins: With Gods help, I am emptying my mind of all anxieties, all fears and all sense of insecurities. Then follow up with: I believe that my mind is clear of all anxieties, all fears and all sense of insecurities (3 to 5 mins) KICK THE STRESS HABIT!!! Be Encouraged and Smile because you can :)
