Dont allow your heart to lead you right back to the very thing that broke it. For all you are doing is setting yourself up to be broken again. Your heart will want to try it again but your mind will remind you of what you encounter already. Some people say always follow your heart but I dont agree with that all the time. I say consider your heart but first consult your mind. For your mind will give you a logical answer while your heart will only give you an emotional one! No you cant help who you love but you can control how you love them. Some love has go be given from a distance at least until you are healed to a place that you can be close again without going back to the old emotions. Break the cycle!
