Dont be: One of the those people who thinks they are so valuable that they are irreplaceable...Words are meaningless and actions speak volumes...and so does proven success! Be: A hard worker...Those who are motivated and work hard without complaining and feeling that they deserve..often in life get more...Hard workers resent lazy people...and if you dont GO over and beyond and do the minimum..thats all youre ever going to get out of LIFE..Its YOU that sells yourself short! And blessings dont come to those who brag and feel they are entitled are WORTH more...Worth is determined by what you do..over and beyond...do the minimum like I said..and nothing over and beyond will come to you..Youll always obtain the minimum...Have a over the top attitude to BE the BEST...no one owes you anything...YOU have to prove yourself!!! Be thankful for all you have and what others do for you!!! The world doesnt owe you!!! Get the chip off your shoulder and be kind and nice to everyone and do a great job!!! Cause..mediocre people can be replaced everyday...every day...But excellent people now...are hard to replace!!! Be a prize..Make yourself..Irreplaceable..and always go over and beyond..Show your work ethics...We are all worth $$$ millions...sure...but, its when you show that youre worth it..not just your words...LIVE your life in excellence now in all you do!!! AND Be happy!!! Life is so short..When are we going to GET it...does a tragedy have to hit you in the head before you live in happiness and peace??? Does it? And always..be the firs to apologize for what you say that isnt very nice..why wait til you are approached..why? be the first...be kind..
