Dont be hipster about these dark times. Yes, its a tragic story and we know its trending everywhere. Perhaps, just take the time to understand hurt and sympathy and begin to acknowledge it rather then questioning it and hopefully then we can take the little steps in the right direction to help others suffering from depression, anxiety and any other internal illness that cant be seen past smiles. Its usually the ones who bring the most joy and triumph who are left lonely at the end of the day....im sure weve all felt it one way or another. Never stop opening your heart, whether its to release angst and ask for help or opening up to corral another, theres room in that love muscle for the world :)
