Dont be jealous of my tan lines. I am actually on the way to the zoo to work on them... LOL Do work on that stability ball. The key here is the stretch/extension. Try to lay out as flat as you can, then bring those knees in and squeeze the abdominals. If you do them right, 10 should hurt. I call these FITBALL KNEE-TUCKS. They were a apart of my session today.
