Dont be surprised the next time you come over to our house to see a crib in our living room and medical equipment galore. (See pictures below) Because Harding has a trach in he has to sleep in the most central part of the house, where we can always see him. The wonderful couch our friends bought us when they remodeled our house will now be Tom and Is new bed :). Were still hoping for that scope to get scheduled. Right now their plan is that after they do the procedure, and everything looks good in his airway, they will keep him in the hospital for two days after it to monitor him and let him sleep with his trach cap on (right now he doesnt). Then they will decanulate him (take out his trach)!!! So if you wanna pray for something big, you can pray for his scope to get scheduled this week. That way we wouldnt have to bring him home with a trach!! Obviously, we just want Harding home either way. We are so excited for this long hospital stay to be ending and to have our baby boy back at home!!!
