Dont believe the hype If something seems too good to be true it - TopicsExpress

Dont believe the hype If something seems too good to be true it usually is. Fruit is ALKALINE, contains VITAMINS, is rich in POTASSIUM(reduces chances of HEART DISEASE, STROKE, KIDNEY STONES & decreases BONE LOSS as you age), FOLIC ACID(helps the body form RED BLOOD CELLS) & more. Fruit helps in the fight against CANCER, OBESITY, DIABETES. So when you do an infusion of fruit & water, its very healthy but its not a detox. The word detox, when youre talking about nutrition, refers to getting toxins out of the system that contribute to premature aging, lack of energy, a host of illnesses & diseases including cancer. This is done with herbs. Herbal poultices, tinctures, extracts, salves, teas & capsules. Theres a method to this & no shortcuts. You have to follow the steps. For example, cleansing only the blood is like putting clean water in a dirty glass. Is the water going to clean the glass or is the glass going to dirty the water? So you dont want to put clean blood in a dirty system. As youre cleaning the blood, you want to clean the organs that filter the blood(liver, kidneys, spleen & lymphatic system) so the blood can stay clean. The spleen eats toxins. The lymphatic system eats toxins but the liver gets rid of large amounts of toxins by sending them to the intestines. So while your doing the blood cleansing, you also need to move the colon. Then you need to drink water to help the colon flow & help the kidneys put out the toxins they filter. See? Steps to this. Fruit water does not cleanse your blood, liver, kidneys or lymphatic system. If I had relied on fruit water to remove the spot on my liver, I would have died. Thats not what it does. Although fruit water is healthy for you, its not a detox. This type of misinformation causes confusion = people disregard herbal remedies as a serious healing option. Im not saying dont drink it-its beneficial. Im just saying, know what youre getting & dont drink it with any false expectations. Its good for you... but its not a detox. Its fruit water.
