Dont ever say fml. Dont complain about how hard life is. Dont be the person to see something beautiful and take it out of context so that small beauty is now dark and twisted. See things for what they are. Appreciate the periodic beauty. Odds are, you don;t even know what true suffering is. I can almost guarantee that any first world problem you face is nothing in comparison to what others keep hidden or cannot combat on their own. Real depression is not beautiful people making a canvas of their wrists and painting in red. Its not a singer with long hair screaming into a microphone, its not a bored teenager going online to whine about it when they are able to live comfortably and be online and whine about their belongings. Its not being able to get up, not doing the things you love. Real depression makes it so you dont want to talk about it. Its a hiding disease that people put behind their face, wind themselves up, and for the sake of others continue with their lives, however meaningless. So before you speak, think about and take appreciation for what you have. Instead of complain, be happy. Dont be upset over things, find something amazing or beautiful or astounding to share. Instead of wasting time complaining, be a positive change. Change what is wrong instead of bearing it. Theres always someone worse off. And if I could see just one person more be happy in their lives, I could live my own better.
