Dont forget: Saturday morning, October 25th, well assemble at the Simpson Hotel at 8 am for coffee, juice and pastries, and go out on the Gila River Birding and Wildlife Trail in Duncan to cut back some of the dense vegetation obstructing the trail. Bring whatever trimmers you have on hand. We have two gas-powered weed whips lined up and we could use more. Well also pick up whatever trash we find -- usually very little. We have lots of work gloves but do be prepared for sunshine. When were through the Simpson will provide more treats to get you back home by lunchtime.
