Push The orchestra, conducted by the Italian Enrique Mazzola, will open this year’s Ars Musica, the Brussels festival for contemporary music. The Brussels Philharmonic will follow the festival theme “Mini-Maxi - Belgian maximalists and American minimalists” kicking off the festival with the ideal concert to whet your appetite: brand-new creations by Walter Hus will serve as an intro to Steve Reich’s The Desert Music, an iconic work for choir, orchestra and a lot of percussion.
