Dont forget to change your clocks ahead. To help your body adjust, open those curtains, blinds and shades. Our bodies will settle in easier to the shift in time if we see the daylight and then view the darkness setting in. When it begins to get dark, our natural melatonin will activate to help us rest but this can be thwarted by caffeine, bright electronic devices and the inability to see natural day light turning in to natural darkness. Meaning too much in door time with bright over head lighting.
