When Matthew, Mark and Luke describe the curtain of the Temple being torn in two, they mean for us to understand that Jesus has gone before the throne of God, has made atonement for the sins of the human race, and has allowed us to be reconciled with God. Do you remember the moment you truly saw your own sin, and understood your need for a Savior? What feelings did you experience in that moment? What can you do to remind yourself of your need for Him every day, and of your gratitude that He has made a way for you to be forgiven and reconciled with God?
