Dont forget we have our first Focus sessions tonight at 6 & 7pm. This week we are looking at building Pull Up & Dip Strength. We will take you through a full hour of strength developing exercises which will not only give you a great work out but also give you the tools to use during future workouts to progress your gymnastic strength. We then follow this with our first ever Wednesday night 8pm WOD - be there!
