Dont get it twisted sisters! The Hijaab conceals your beauty and not hides your dirtiness! Its shoking, in my survey, Ive seen that most sisters in hijaab are negligent with their inward look. Especially with our hairdo. When some sisters pull their hijaab, youll cover your nose. Why? The fact that youre covered doesnt mean youve hidding the dirt, Allaah sees it! Remember that Islaam is a religion of cleanliness (addeenun nasoofa), and cleanliness is the key to solaat says the prophet(peace be upon him). You wont know how many solaat of yours had been void because your hair stinks (Allaah forbid).....yes because it stinks! How will you worship Allaah with dirtiness when Allaah accepts only that which is clean? Hairdo? One major adorement of the woman is her hair. Extra care needs be given to it. Especially to the married sisters, let your husbands see you and say wow and when you pull your hijaab, he says maa shaa Allaah! The fact that youre already a mother of six makes no diffeence ma. The hijaab doesnt hide dirtiness, it conceals beauty instead. It limits the number of people who can see that pretty inner you to your husband/mahram. It wasnt meant to hide your weakness as woman. Dont abuse it. When you hide dirtiness under hijaab, then thats an abuse of its value. The real value of the hijaab is as that of a pearls shell. How beautiful the pearl is and yet covered in its shell. The hijaab is not as sewage tank where you hide out your smelly stuffs! Change that ideology! As an hijaabi/niqaabi, you have more reasons to be neat and tidy than those exposed girls. My hijaab, my pride. Yeah...your hair/adornment is a coolness of your hubbys eyes to! Let your hijaab be your crown, let it complement your beauty instead of veiling your dirtiness! Youre single? Thats not a reason to be dirty inward and feign neatness outward. When you had nice undies on, good hairdo, clean wears and neatly ironed jilbaab on, I bet youll feel like a queen within you #smiles We wear the hijaab not because we are dirty but because we are beautiful and our beauty is not for the world to see.
