Dont get me wrong I have used supplements in some form or another for over a decade, but you need to keep in mind that they are SUPPLEMENTS and should supplement a healthy diet and regular exercise! If you are not eating whole healthy foods - lean protein, complex carbs, fruits, veggies and fats with 5+ days of exercise a week start there and save your money! Its a lifestyle not a 9, 14, 21, or 30 day fix!
