Dont get me wrong from my previous rants, I do believe national boundaries do keep us divided and do keep people filled with judgment and hatred. I do believe one day mankind will look to have a planetary council/governing body but that day is a long long way off and it must be a result of the people of the world choosing and not one imposed on them by the oligarchy. Nor will it be a government consisting of the mega rich. As a matter of fact I think wealth should disqualify you from serving as a leader.
