Dont get these two movements twisted! They are harder than they look! Hold the curl ups for 1min try and do 2-3x, make sure your arms are by your ears and your low back is pushed into the ground and your legs are squeezed together! Also leg circles! 2-3x of 30 seconds each leg! 15seconds going forward and 15 seconds going backwards! If you want to come check out a class email me at cknoxfitness@gmail
