Dont have a lot of time but need a full body burn?! Try out this circuit! A. 3-part high plank. Oblique mountain climbers (R knee to R elbow, L knee to L elbow), then step the R foot out, step the L foot out, then plank jack! 10 total reps B. 1-leg runners lunge jumps! 10 reps per leg C. Half to full push-ups! Come half way down, then back up, then ALL the way down and back up. 10 reps Complete the circuit 4x through Try it out and tell me what you think! #fullbodyburn #workforyourbody
