Dont have time to hit the gym, but looking for a quick upper body workout? Grab 3 different weight amounts and do this progression: Bent over rows (be sure to tuck those elbows! This will target your back) Preacher curls (keep those arms at your sides, and dont swing that body! Keep your feet planted, knees soft and body still except your arms) Double overhead triceps extension (again, dont swing that body! If your body is swaying, you may need to sit to hit those tris. And be sure to keep those arms straight on the extension) Do each exercise 10x, starting with your heaviest weight, then drop down to the next lowest weight for 10, and again for 10 before moving on to the next exercise (taking only 15 seconds max rest between each different exercise). Then, take a 2 minute rest and do again, but starting with the light weight and climbing the weight ladder. Do this three times. :-) If you do try this at home, or in the gym, leave comments below!
