Dont like your veggies? Its more about preparation than anything else. Heres how you make a vegetable side dish to please any meat eater or child. Start with a whole head of cauliflower, cut into wedges. Dress with Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Dried Oregano and red Chili Flakes. Place in 450 (F) oven for 18 minutes, then flip over and roast for another 12 minutes. Tonight, served with Pot Stickers, Pan-seared Fillet of Soul with Caper, Butter and Parsley Sauce, and Orzo Pasta Salad with Broccoli Florets, Garbanzos and Cannellini Beans.
