Today session following on from Tuesday: Pull & Push Back- 1) V-Grip pull down to Chest 3x15 max weight 2) Deadlift 1x15, 5x6-8, 1x15 3) Standing Low Pulley V-Grip Row 4x15 very heavy 4) Seated Lat Pull Down 7x8-10 heavy (last 4 sets s/s with Shrugs) Chest- 1) Flat Bench Press (d/b or bar) 1x15, 5x8 heavy 2) Flat Bench D/B Flyes 5x8-10 heavy 3) Peck Deck 3sets heavy pump-out, dont count reps...
