Were bringing in some incredibly talented friends of ours- Chef Tony Quartaro and his crew from the soon to open red-sauce Italian joint: Formentos. You may know their group- B Hospitality from their other restaurants The Bristol and Balena. When it comes to food they make some of the best in the city and do not mess around. Anyhoot, meatball subs, antipasti salad & house giardindera are on the menu. Wed tell you about the tacos weve got today too, but you already know theyre good and all we want is meatballs. The. Best. Meatballs. On the flip side- The Salsa Truck is heading out with a fine assortment of delicious Mexican street food with plans to park at Clark & Monroe.
