Dont try to change people. And dont try to squeeze your existing people a little bit more. Instead, spend more time finding new more people, more time building a new group, bringing in new blood, for its easier to give birth than raise the dead. Just let those who are not-so-engaged-been-a-while- people. Look for people who are ready.
