Dont understand the concept of water disruption on area basis . Citizens alone will store much more water before the disruption started compare to their daily usage of course and for business too as well. So where and when we can save water ? I think we spend money and time more on own water storage instead. Beside after all the water disruption over, what we going to do with those water? Car wash? House cleaning Or simply become the bed for mosquito ???
