Dont use Snopes folks! Not for political stuff. They are clearly left leaning in their Evidence and here is an example. Several years ago, during Obamas first term, I caught wind of WHY President Obama appointed Elena Kagan as a Supreme Court Justice when so many people were scratching their heads as to her qualifications. The why of it is this: Elena Kagan was the Solicitor General for all the early suits against Obama which were filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. Folks, I saw this with my own eyes! I googled the Supreme Court, clicked on dockets and typed in Obama-Kagen and every single petition filed to show show proof of citizenship were there. All denied by Elena Kagan who has very nice handwriting by-the-way and her signature was quite clear. Today, I did the exact same thing and there is NOTHING there connecting the two and Snopes is claiming it was all a lie to begin with.
