Dont worry if you didnt know todays #RandomObscureReference, I Married Dora. You really shouldnt, it was a terrible show. It lasted one year, in 87; it was on after Full House on ABC, and starred Elizabeth Pena, (RIP, she passed a few months ago, very sad, and she was much more talented that this show was) and starred her as a maid, who ends up marrying her boss, played by Daniel Hugh-Kelly, to stay in the country. Juliette Lewis was actually one of the kids on the show, but even she probably shouldnt put it on her resume. So, why am I bringing this horrible relic up? Well, it did have one memorable moment, thankfully, it was the last moment of the show. TV Land once named it one of the Top 50 most Unexpected Television Moments in history, as the episode revolved around the father, played by Daniel Hugh-Kelly having to go on out of town for awhile, and there was a tearful goodbye scene at the airport, and then, he comes back from the airplane tunnel and this happens..... (Watch the clip below) It was definitely one of the more creative series finales of all-time; if only anybody had actually seen it but lets not blame them. Took a whole to get one decent laugh, so,... (Shrugs) but for the people who actually watched it, it was pretty shocking and more unusually, it was actually funny.
