Dont you just hate it when a supplier & courier get it all wrong. I have been trying to get my customers parcel to them for the last 3 days. Because the courier did not leave it here as asked when I wasnt home. They expected me to pay $200 to upgrade to get it delivered to my customer direct within one day. She desperately needed it by today for an engagement party tomorrow night. So I did consider it. But then I thought NO! It was through no fault of mine that it was back at their depot. So I must admit I gave them a piece of my mind and got it delivered free of charge today on time for my lovely customer with phone calls from the courier company with updates everytime it was moved eg: isolated at depot, in van, on way, delivered. It just goes to show that sometimes you have to lose your temper to get things done. OK sorry my lovelies rant over. :)
