Dont you love how the P.O.T.U.S. thinks its fine and dandy to use scripture to drive his latest speech home to his fellow Americans (read that as illegal immigrants he wants to vote for him when he tries to add a third term), but its not ok for God to be in our pledge, bibles to be read in school, or for children to pray on school grounds? Its rather fitting though, that the same students that arent allowed to pray in school have to sit idly by and watch their Muslim classmates do their timely prayers, and yet no one is protesting that. Why is it that the social norm is now no longer acceptable for Christians or any other religion, but Muslims can do as they please? I dint care what your religion is. I have no problem with any other religion, so long as they arent physically trying to force their beliefs on me, but, DONT tell my child she cant say a prayer at lunch and then tell me little Johnny Muslim is allowed to, or Susie Buddhist can. Yes, I know there are a number of other issues with his speech tonight, but I truly dont want a month long argument about how he is running our country into the ground.
