Dont you love this? wake up in the morning do a 5 mile run swim 1 mile and then have a celery juice for breakfast..then 20 minute nap with a protein shake for lunch take grilled chicken white meat only feed it to the dog then take the juicer and have a blueberry raw egg and lettuce shake..then do a hike on a 2000 ft elevation For dinner have coconut water with a carrot do Pilates for an hour and then bulk up on Vitamins abcdefg with lots of protein before you go to bed do 200 push ups and 1000 sit ups. youll lose the weight and have a 6 pack in 30 days join the craze join the healthy choice revolution now were off to Zumba and then spin for 40 minutes!!! dont forget to have 1 fruit a day..followed by 400 squats repeat 6 days a week.
