Don’t be so rigid in telling God what you want/expect, that you miss out on Him blessing you with what He knows you need. For example, you need a job but you aren’t willing to relocate or commute. You need a place to live, but won’t settle for anything less than a three-story colonial in a gated community. You want a spouse, but he/she has to meet a list of qualifications that’s trending perfection. I’ve learned that God’s blessings don’t always come wrapped in the packages that you would expect them to be in, but what He has for you tends to always be better than you could have ever imagined it to be.
