Don’t let this happen to you! The metro area’s major concert venue and convention center recently hired Midwest Sound & Lighting to analyze and repair various audio quality problems with the venue’s installed sound system. Although the sound system was comprised of quality components, it was not correctly tuned and adjusted for optimum performance and, subsequently, dozens of high-frequency drivers were regularly over-driven, had failed and therefore needed replacement. The moral of this story is that any installed sound system is only as good as the company that actually installs it.
