Don’t send Kwara state to early grave Merry Christmas folks! - TopicsExpress

Don’t send Kwara state to early grave Merry Christmas folks! We should use this festive period to reflect about the mistakes we made by not participating in Kwara state politics/political process. We should also think of remedial actions to prevent the situation to repeat itself. I will participate in the formation of third alternative in Kwara state in coming months and years if I am still around. In the next GOVERNORSHIP election PDP could have been my preferable choice because of the need to take the state to another level. Unfortunately Simoen Ajibola PDP flag bearer did not deliver for the people of the Kwara South as a senator of 12 years and will not deliver as governor of Kwara state. To make the matter worse, Fatah Ahmed was not ingenious enough to deliver us from under development. Fatah Ahmed’s relationship with Bukola Saraki is not mutual but master and servant relationship therefore making him too weak under Bukolas influence. I also despise domination and excessive control in Kwara APC and I have been a strong critic of Saraki Family; especially Bukola for being arrogant and selfish. I still hold those strong views. What is paramount is Kwara state, therefore we have to examine critically what we have got to arrive at what is best for the state. I have stated many times there is nothing personal between any of us except differences in political ideology and political inclination. Ajibola is not my enemy but sincerely to Alimight God and our Lord Jesus Christ and without any fear or favour Ajibola is NOT RIGHT for the job. If we need to choose among our people in the gubernatorial race, Ajibola will be the last. I have tried to make the piece as balanced as possible but this is the best narrative I can come up with for Ajibola. In a civilised country he will not get a vote in primary. Take it or leave it, the career politicians in PDP who are against Ajibola will change their stance after they rob their palms. We should not allow greedy politicians to send Kwara state to early grave. Governance in Kwara state at present is bad enough, unfortunately Ajibola will make it worse and the outcome may be irredeemable. Merry Christmas!
