Doodh na puff..... ( from the achievers) Ingredients 1 liter full cream milk 1 cup fresh cream 1 cup sugar or sweetness to taste ½ teaspoon Nutmeg-Cardamom Powder (optional) 5-10 drops of Rose or vanilla essence 2 tablespoons Rose water Method of preparation: 1. Bring milk to boil in a deep milk pan. 2. Add in the sugar stirring it occasionally. Add in the cream. 3. Boil the milk for 10 minutes on slow flame. 4. Let it cool to room temperature; add rose water and essence to it. 5. Keep the milk pan in the freezer for an hour. 6. Once the milk is ice cold remove it from the fridge and with an electric hand blender churn the milk until frothy. 7. Scoop all the froth with a serving spoon into the glass up to the brim taking care that the froth does not go flat. 8. Repeat the same procedure until all the glasses are full. Note: For best results leave the milk mixture over night in the fridge. Churn the milk the next day to make the puffs.
