You really cant believe how friggin amazing these songs are, and Corn Mos vocals will make you thank the sweet lordy you have ears. Everytime I listen to this album I just keep muttering holy craaap at how freakin wonderful it is. Like really: Every damn song my jaw is on the floor... and yall know what a vocal snob I am. (This is Jill, BTW.) Vocally, Corn Mo is everything you love about Freddie Mercury, Meat Loaf, Jack Black, Murray Head... but hes undeniably himself without trying to sound like anyone else. His voice is so huge and powerful, but he can be so sincere, gentle and sweet too... so damn classy. MAN, what an instrument. This band is the whole freakin package. (That they were once the backing bands for John Cameron Mitchell and Andrew WK is the icing on the cake, yo.) What friggin great songs. What great players. What a voice. Go. Now. Really.
