Dorian has traveled from the United States to be a part of Operation Infinite Patience in Taiji, Japan. “My name is Dorian, I live in northern California, and I am a Cove Guardian. I have always had a great passion for animals. The injustice they endure because they are trusting and helpless is an atrocity to nature. Because humans are on top of the food chain, and supposedly the intelligent species, and superior beings, we feel free to pollute, kill, torture, take captive, and thus do whatever we want to other creatures, and even our Planet. Whether it is out of greed, or ego, or to prove humans are in charge, the grizzly practices go on, and usually without public notice. I joined the Guardians to be an advocate and a voice for these helpless intelligent Dolphins and Whales. My voice may be small, but together with the other Guardians and supporters, we can reach out to others, and our voices together can become a roar! These barbaric, non-traditional acts can be halted with awareness. I believe we are killing our Oceans. We are polluting it and over fishing, without regard to what will happen. I believe most people dont know or understand what this means. If our oceans die, we die. Our children die, and their children, and theirs. I am hoping to encourage others to take up this worthy cause in whatever capacity they can. Be a Cove Guardian, be a supporter, be a voice, be aware…before its too late.”
