Dorm forget to plan your meals for tomorrow and have your just in case back up snack such as almonds or a Larabar in your purse. Tomorrow meals for me ground turkey chili, Tofu with Brussels sprouts, yogurt parfait, and still have left over balslamic chicken breast. Totally here for you please dont hesitate to talk about recipes on this page or in person its never easy to eat pass up all the junk out there but commitment for 21days and youll feel so much better and be thankful you did.
