Dorothea Lange was an influential American photographer who is best known for documenting the Great Depression and the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II. She also came to Ireland in 1954 for Life magazine -- to document our heritage and history. This video highlights some of the photos she took, mostly in Clare, including -- toward the end of this five minute video -- a haunting photo taken outside Rath church.
