So I just had a conversation with an Amazon customer service specialist (Sonny). I had a complaint regarding one of their 3rd party sellers who sent me an incorrect item and then expected me to pay the shipping on the return! What?! (For the curious: amazon/shops/A1AF2TT9N5N4HY) So...after a long conversation with someone who was definitely from the Philippines, he assured me that Amazon will be taking care of me from now on. He also said that I shouldnt worry about the return cost because if the company doesnt send me one, I dont need to return the item and that this issue is now Their Problem Anymore. Yup... he said that. That actually happened today. Good times. Sadly, I was too busy being upset that I couldnt enjoy a good laugh over it. Chikki laughed so hard that she started crying.
