Dorothy costume set. Spent well over $60 last year on all ( had to buy each piece separate) asking $20 for all. Dress is youth small fits 4-6, zipper could use a stitch or two at the very top but not necessary and not easily seen. Has petticoat underneath to puff the dress out nicely. Shoes are toddler size 10 worn once on Halloween. Totos bow matches dress perfectly. He can be used in or out of basket, hes not attached. Pick up only 19154 cross posted
