Dorothy says. I have never posted a before and after picture of myself. So here it is! The first pic was taken at a Hawaiian party my girl friend had. I looked at this pic and said OH MY GOD am I FAT! So a few months went by and I was seeing all the pics on here about Skinny Fiber. So I thought I would give it a try. After all I could send the empty bottle back in 30 days! I have tried other stuff and nothing worked so I didnt have much hope in it. The first 3 wks friends were asking me if I was on a diet. I told them all no. Because I wasnt . I took my Skinny Fiber and even missed a few times. I stepped on the scale and I hadnt lost anything. I wondered what they were seeing. So I contacted my support person and she said put the scale away it is not your friend when you are trying to loose weight, She said you are probably loosing inches. So I checked and I was!!!
