Dose of my profession: There are millions of little air sacks (where gas exchange takes place) in human lung that if you were to lay them all out, you could literally fill the whole tennis court. Every puff of that cigarettes one take, you kill one air sack. So after many years, you are literally killing quarter part of the tennis court and so on. They dont explain in TV ads because media dont want public educated. Try this: Get a straw and try breathing through it and imagine that straws diameter getting smaller and smaller. That people, what you call is COPD lung (disease). I feel bad for them because they cant reverse any of it, damage has been done. So, quit smoking or dont even think about starting !!
