Double-Jeopardy, in a different context. Since the bi-cameral house in D.C., refuses to do the right thing where black Americans are concerned, until they have little choice but to act (in a small way). Since the Supremacist Court has become political where Republicans are concerned (including politician Scalia); next and seeing how the powers that be have done everything that they could and can do to neutralize the Office of the Presidency, then there is only one thing left to be done. No, not that; it is simply time for disenfranchised people... to stop going to nearly 500+ people in Congress... that do not care a bit about you; and afterward to simply go and problem-solve together. In other words,, do not expect change to come from elsewhere. The people have to make the requisite changes themselves in terms of pooling resources, group-thinking, okay crowd-funding, rebuilding deteriorating enclaves and afterward to simply ignore them; you know who! Whaddaya think?
