Double tragedy has befallen a family in Nakuru following the death of a middle aged man from the Nairobi Westgate attack and his father who collapsed after receiving the news. The man was shot at the entrance of the Westgate mall and succumbed to the gunshot wounds at the Aga Khan hospital where he had been rushed for treatment. Immediately the father learnt of the news, he collapsed and died. According to the widow, her husband learnt of the shocking and untimely death of their son and could not hold back. The son was the sole bread winner who provided for them after they retired. The 56 year old woman said that the family has suffered a great loss and the demise of the two has left a big hole in their lives. So sad!
