Douglas Automotive held award ceremonies for the winners of their sixth annual art contest. Winners in Barrington include: Grade 1: Henry Niequist, Grade 2: Daniel Naranjo, Grade 3: Nick Gotti, Grade 4: Annika Llerena, Grade 5: Julia Sun and Best in Show: Zoe Broker. Winners in Crystal Lake include: Grade 1: Abigail Gallagher, Grade 2: Ava Joy Carney, Grade 3: Nikki Sisson, Grade 4: Brecken Noennig, Grade 5: Ellie Berg, and Best in Show: Korhyn Geary. This year’s contest asked students to “Imagine a Car that Bugs Would Drive.” As always this was another great year filled with fantastic entries. Thanks to all the student participants, teachers, and parents for their involvement with the program this year… and a special thank you to Culvers for being a part of the program!
